The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: 3-5 business days
- Shipping time: Postal Shipping (10-20 Business days): US $6+
Express Shipping (5-10 Business days): US $13+

15 DAYS EASY EXCHANGE AND RETURN:
Online Purchase ( final sale excluded) are valid for exchange and return within 15 days from the date your order was received. Our return center is in China.
As for the return address, please contact our customer service department via firstname.lastname@example.org.
Simply follow the instructions, and submit a request for return/exchange in your order page and we will try our best to meet your request.
RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITION
1.Please contact us within 15 days starting from the day you receive your order.
2.Return shipping fees are at customers' own expense.
3.Final sale products are not covered by warranty.
4.Returns must be received in new condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered in any way. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume or stains will be subjected to refusal.
5.Any addresses on the parcel is not approved as return address. Returned package without authorized return address from customer service representatives will not be refunded or exchanged.
6.We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned.
7.After receiving your returned package, we will issue the refund to your original payment account within a business week or ship out an exchange order within 3 business days accordingly. Normally you'll receive the refund in a week after our issuing.
We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first.
Step 1: Please email our customer service representatives at email@example.com to request the exchange/return.
Step 2: After receiving your email with exchange/return request, our customer service representatives will send the exchange/return instructions back to you via email. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return.
Step 3: You will receive refund within one week or have an exchange order processed after we receive your package. We'll email you once processing your refund or exchange. FYI: It will take longer time (maybe 1 to 2 weeks depending on which CC company is) to process the refund for the bank if your original payment method is credit card.
Your order will be fully refunded if it’s cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the order have already been shipped.
